Presented in collaboration with Working Capital for Community Needs (WCCN), this photo exhibit by Madison photographer Michael Kienitz captures people of Central America who struggle endlessly against poverty, but find hope with the help of microcredit from WCCN, which provides financing to low-income Latin American entrepreneurs and small-scale farmers. The exhibit highlights portraits of people who have borrowed as little as $16 to start their own businesses in Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. A fund-raising, opening reception will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. Oct. 16. Exhibit runs Oct. 16-Nov. 16
